About the Project
The new business contacted the agency, as they required a number of things to help establish them, bring awareness to their newly founded company and required help in encouraging engagement with their target audience. They required a number of different marketing solutions from a website, print collateral to signage and not least a brand identity.
The client wanted a brand that distinguished them from their competitors and communicate that the business has personality and expertise in what they do.
Initial brand ideas were discussed within the team and the client, then I sketched and developed into vector based concepts.
The idea behind the chosen brand was that the logo was split into two to reflect the fun element of the business with the professional aspect. The bright colours within the “Z” element could also be taken forward to assign a particular colour with different sections within the business.
Web Design
When it came to the website, I created low fidelity wireframes which were sketched out and then developed further using Axure, before being presented to the client for feedback. Once feedback was received, the designs were then developed further before moving to front-end development stage of the project.
The end result, was a responsive site that reflected the brands values and desired attributes. The website generated 50 new clients within the first year and generated numerous new contacts and leads.
Marketing Material
In addition to creating the brand and design for the site, I’ve also produced numerous other marketing collateral for the company including designing and building HTML emails, brochures, flyers, brand stationery, social graphics and signage. All of which required consistency in using the brand guidelines that I created.
