About the Project
The lettings agency needed a variety of marketing solutions to help them attract new business and raise the profile of their company.
With the majority of tenants searching for a new home online, a website was crucial for them to have a strong presence in the area, therefore we were assigned to design a responsive website that needed to be user friendly, display their latest properties and reflect the businesses branding.
I set about the project by first designing wireframes, which were subsequently presented to the client for feedback and then moved onto the UI stage before discussing design elements and layouts with the front-end development team.
The end result was a website that allowed for real-time property updates, a content-managed blog and search functionality, which allowed prospectus tenants to search listings.
In addition to designing the website, I also produced a number of printed material such as brochures, flyers and adverts, all of which reflected the business's brand guidelines.
